751 Games, a Taiwanese indie studio, has released Cat Museum.
A weird puzzle adventure that combines horrifying aspects with stunning hand-drawn artwork in a delightful mobile game. The game, which is now available on iOS, Android, and Steam, takes players on an unexpected adventure through a fantasy universe that is both strange and exciting, all wrapped up nicely in a 2D side-scroller.
About the game:
Cat Museum is an unusual little game with illustration-style artwork and an odd little story in which players must explore a bizarre museum full of equally strange cats. However, these fuzzy felines aren’t the only ones in the museum; all kinds of strange monstrosities lurk in the shadows, and players will need to solve the game’s riddles to make it out alive.
Of course, as players progress deeper into the museum, they will learn more about themselves and their own previous trauma as they encounter circus acts with terrible backstories.
Life Gallery, 751 Games’ inaugural title, won both the Taiwan Google Play Best Game of 2020 Award and the Google Play Best Indie Game of 2020 Award, so Cat Museum is anticipated to have the same high production value. Even more intriguing is the fact that the studio included real-life tales, people, and cats from the community in the game.
Cat Museum is available for download on the Google Play Store for Android devices and the iOS App Store for iOS devices if you want to give it a try. It’s a premium title that costs $2.99 or the equivalent in your local currency. You may also join the Facebook group of followers to stay up to speed on all the latest news.
